Change! Jazz band to Perform at Dinner Theater January 9, 2008

There has been a change in date…….The NHS Jazz Band will be performing at The NHS Dinner Theater on Saturday, February 16th from 5:30-6:00 pm. Please let me know ASAP if there are any conflicts as it will be important that everyone is there……..the Dinner Theater will be raising money to help defray the costs of putting on this years Spring Musical “Annie”………great rehearsal on Friday morning BTW! We need to be making sure we clean up any spots that still have note/rhythm problems and soloists be working on those solos! ~Mr. S

Great work today learning We Will Rock You! So many of you were focused and task for our first day back from vacation-it was great! For a few of you we will continue to work on that critical focus piece during class so that you are not detracting from the efforts and experiences of the other band members. Before school band lessons for grades 5-7 will take a break and not be held until the week of January 21st. Jazz band will continue to meet on Fridays at 7:45am.
